This is more common after exercise when sweat accumulates between the skin and silicone strips, which may cause irritation.
Recommendations:
Remove the knee brace promptly after exercise, clean your skin, and allow the brace to air dry.
Warning:
If you experience persistent redness, rash, or a severe allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician.
Q: How long does a knee brace last? When should I replace it?
A: Knee braces are consumable protective products. Elastic fibers gradually lose strength over time, depending on usage frequency (e.g., daily running vs. occasional walking).
General guideline:
With proper care, a knee brace typically lasts 6 months to 1 year.
If the brace starts slipping or no longer provides adequate support, it’s time to replace it.
Q: How should I wash my knee brace? Can it be machine-washed?
A: To protect the elasticity and internal components, hand washing is recommended.
Wash with cold or lukewarm water and air dry naturally.
Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean.

Q: Can you sleep with a knee brace on?
A: Yes, wearing your knee brace overnight is encouraged because it helps heal your knee injury faster. We often move around unconsciously while sleeping, which might worsen the damage. The knee brace will help stabilize your knee during the night and may help to reduce pain the following day.

A: This depends on the reasons that you are wearing a knee brace. In case of a knee injury, you will typically need to wear a knee brace for at least a week after the date of the damage. A: The brace must be snug but not too snug, so no compression is applied to support your knee. It is also important to have the correct length for your height and injury type.
Q: Does knee support help knee Pain?
A: The right knee brace can effectively relieve pain associated with knee injuries and conditions such as osteoarthritis. Braces can be used alongside other pain relief medications to manage overall knee pain effectively.

My sons both have been wrestling for 7 years, and knee pain is something that's pretty common in this sport. They've had a couple of different knee pads over the years, but none have really helped. A coach suggested NEENCA to us, and they'll never wear another type of kneepad after using this one. It supports their knee, which helps to minimize any pain, and the circular pad on the front of the knee protects their knee from hitting the mat too hard when they take shots.I see tons of wrestlers at tournaments that also wear NEENCA, so it obviously works well, and is well known in the sport of wrestling.
Good compression and comfortable. Also protects my son’s dominant knee in wrestling. He says it’s easy to pull on, gives needed support, and slip resistant.
This is a very high quality product and the material is great- however the sizing is a challenge. I returned it and unfortunately don't think I will exchange it. I am a runner and workout at gym 4x a week doing HIIT style workouts. My point in saying this is that I have larger more muscular thighs. The problem with this is that the sizing chart led me to order a 2x. While it does fit around the thigh, it is too loose around the knee and fails to provide the compression I need for pain relief. I fear that if I size down it will be too tight on the thigh. I will be looking for a product I can buy locally and hopefully try on before purchase.
My son uses this it’s a little big on him we did measure and purchased accordingly but it’s a built big he is very tall and thin which may have affected our measurements or the scale otherwise it’s good quality
The pain from my knee was getting so bad I couldn't do the elliptical without pain. I can now do the elliptical everyday for an hour. Easy fit and alot cheaper than a partial knee surgery
