Shipping Information

At NEENCA, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly and accurately as possible. Estimated delivery time includes both order processing time and shipping time.

Estimated Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time

Delivery estimates may vary depending on the destination address, product availability, carrier service, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.

We offer shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, selected European countries, and many international destinations.

Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and destination. We offer free standard shipping for orders over US$60, except for selected clearance products or special promotions.

For example, orders shipped to the United States usually require 1–3 business days for processing, followed by approximately 3–7 business days in transit. The estimated total delivery time is usually 5–12 business days.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

If your order includes pre-order items, the estimated shipping date will be shown on the product page or in the item description. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped separately.

Separate Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages. If your order contains multiple items, available items may ship first, while other items may be shipped separately when they become available.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees, if applicable, are determined by the destination country or region and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not collected by NEENCA at checkout unless otherwise stated.

In most cases, customers do not incur additional customs duties, but this may vary depending on the destination and local customs policies.

Shipping Status & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If any item is delayed, backordered, or cancelled, we will notify you by email.

You can also check your order status by logging into your account and reviewing your order history.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your tracking information has not updated for several days, or if your package appears delayed, please contact our customer support team with your order number and tracking number.

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check your mailbox, front door, building reception area, household members, neighbors, or local carrier. If you still cannot find the package, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with the carrier investigation.
