NEENCA HX043 is an adjustable hinged knee brace designed for users who want more structured side support than a basic compression sleeve. Removable dual-side copper hinges provide added lateral reinforcement, while separate upper and lower straps let you adjust the fit around the thigh and lower leg.
An open-patella design with contoured cushioning supports a comfortable fit around the kneecap, while breathable fabric and anti-slip details help keep the brace securely positioned during walking, strength training, standing work and recreational sports.
Choose HX043 if you prefer a structured hinged design with adjustable straps and removable side hinges, but do not need the X-strap configuration used on HX042/HX035 or HX034.
How It Supports
Removable Dual-Side Copper Hinges
Removable copper hinges on both sides of the knee add structured lateral reinforcement while allowing natural bending during walking, training and everyday movement. The hinges can be removed when a lighter, more flexible wearing feel is preferred.
Open-Patella Cushioning
The open-patella design uses contoured cushioning around the kneecap to provide a comfortable, supported fit while allowing the knee to move naturally.
Dual Adjustable Strap System

Use a soft measuring tape and measure your thigh circumference 6 inches / 15 cm above the kneecap. This is the most important measurement for choosing the correct size. Do not choose your size based only on height, weight, or regular pants size.
The brace should feel secure and supportive, not painful or restrictive. If you feel numbness, tingling, pinching, or unusual pressure, loosen the straps or choose a different size.
