FIND YOUR SIZE

Find Your Size Before You Order

Choosing the correct size is one of the most important steps to getting the comfort, support, and fit your NEENCA product is designed to provide.

A support product that is too loose may slide or shift during movement. One that is too tight may pinch, feel uncomfortable, or be difficult to wear for longer periods.

Please measure before ordering. Do not choose your size based only on your height, weight, or usual clothing size.

Important: The measurement example on this page is for the NEENCA ACE-51 Professional Knee Brace. It is not a universal measuring method for every NEENCA knee product or every body-part support product.

Different products may use different measurement points. For example, another knee brace may require a different thigh or knee measurement, while ankle, wrist, hand, back, waist, leg, and foot products may use their own size charts. Always follow the size chart and measuring instructions on the specific product page first.

Example: How to Measure for ACE-51 Knee Brace

This section is an ACE-51 sizing example.
Use a soft, flexible measuring tape. For the most accurate result, measure directly on your skin or over thin clothing.

  1. Stand in a relaxed position with your leg straight, but not locked.
  2. Find the center of your kneecap.
  3. For ACE-51, measure around your thigh approximately 5.5 inches / 14 cm above the center of your kneecap.
  4. Keep the tape flat against your leg. Do not pull it too tight.
  5. Write down your measurement and compare it with the ACE-51 size chart before ordering.

For ACE-51: The thigh measurement shown above is the main sizing reference. Your regular pants size, body weight, or height may not match the correct brace size.

For Other NEENCA Products

NEENCA offers different support products, and each product may have its own sizing method. Please do not assume that the ACE-51 measurement applies to every knee brace, knee sleeve, ankle support, wrist brace, back support, or compression product.

Before adding a product to your cart, open the product page and check the size chart shown there. If the product page provides a specific measuring point, that instruction should be used as the final reference.

How Your Support Product Should Feel

Your NEENCA product should feel secure, supportive, and comfortably snug. It should stay in place during normal movement without sliding, rolling, or bunching.

  • Secure around the body part it is designed to support
  • Supportive during walking, work, exercise, or daily activities
  • Snug without causing pain
  • Comfortable enough for your intended use

If You Are Between Sizes

If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose based on the fit you prefer.

Choose the smaller size if you prefer:

  • Firmer compression
  • A more secure fit
  • Support during sports or higher activity levels

Choose the larger size if you prefer:

  • A more relaxed fit
  • All-day comfort
  • Easier application and removal

Signs the Size May Not Be Right

You may need a different size if you notice:

  • The product slides during activity
  • It rolls, bunches, or shifts
  • Pinching or rubbing
  • Persistent numbness or tingling
  • Deep pressure marks that do not fade shortly after removal

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the 5.5-inch / 14-cm measuring method apply to every NEENCA product?

No. That measuring method is shown as an example for the ACE-51 knee brace. Other NEENCA products may require different measurements. Always follow the size chart and measurement guide on the specific product page.

Does this guide apply to every NEENCA knee brace?

No. Even within knee products, sizing methods may vary by model. The ACE-51 example should not be treated as a universal instruction for every NEENCA knee brace or knee sleeve.

Should I choose my normal clothing size?

No. Support products should be sized by the measurement shown in the product’s size chart, not by your normal pants size, shoe size, shirt size, or general clothing size unless the product page specifically says otherwise.

How tight should the measuring tape be?

The tape should lie flat around the measuring point without digging into your skin. Do not pull it tight. If the tape leaves a mark, you are pulling too firmly.

What if I am between two sizes?

Choose the smaller size for firmer compression and a more secure fit. Choose the larger size for a more relaxed fit and easier all-day wear.

Can I size down for stronger compression?

If you are between two sizes, sizing down may be appropriate if you prefer a firmer feel. Do not choose a size far below your measurement, as this may cause discomfort.

What should I do if the product slides or shifts?

If a brace or support product slides during movement, it may be too large, not positioned correctly, or not adjusted properly. Recheck your measurement and compare it with the size chart on the product page.

What should I do if the product feels too tight?

A compression support product should feel snug and supportive, but it should not cause pain, persistent numbness, tingling, or restricted circulation. If it feels too tight, remove it and consider a larger size.

Can I wear the product all day?

Many customers wear NEENCA support products during daily activities, work, walking, training, or sports. Wear time depends on the product type, fit, activity, and your comfort level. If you feel discomfort, remove the product and take a break.
