Size & Fit
Use a soft measuring tape and measure your thigh circumference 5 inches / 12.7 cm above the kneecap. This is the most important measurement for choosing the correct size. Do not choose your size based only on height, weight, or regular pants size.
Choose the smaller size if you prefer a firmer compression feel. Choose the larger size if you prefer more comfort for longer wear.
The brace should feel snug and supportive, not painful or restrictive. If you feel numbness, tingling, or unusual discomfort, remove the sleeve and adjust your size choice.
