What is the difference between ACE-39, ACE-50, ACE-51, and ACE-53?
Each model has a different wearing feel, fabric structure, and support experience. The best choice depends on whether you prefer a lighter everyday feel or a firmer, more wrapped fit.

How do I choose the right size?
Always choose your size from the size chart on the product page. Do not choose based only on your height, weight, or regular clothing size.
For most NEENCA knee sleeves, measure your thigh circumference at the point shown in the product size guide. If you are between two sizes, choose the smaller size for firmer compression or the larger size for a more relaxed fit.

How should a NEENCA brace feel when worn?
It should feel snug, secure, and supportive without sharp pinching or excessive tightness. Light pressure from compression is normal, but the brace should not interfere with normal circulation or cause persistent numbness, tingling, or discomfort.
If the brace slides, rolls, pinches, or feels restrictive, please check your size and fit.
What materials are used in NEENCA products?
Material composition varies by product and model. NEENCA products may include nylon, spandex, elastic fibers, silicone, gel pads, spring stabilizers, straps, or other support components depending on the item.

Can NEENCA braces help with knee discomfort?
NEENCA braces are designed to provide compression, stability, and support during movement. Many customers use them for everyday activities, workouts, walking, standing, and recovery support after physical activity.
NEENCA products are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have an injury, medical condition, severe pain, or ongoing symptoms, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
When should I wear a knee brace?
Customers commonly wear NEENCA knee braces during walking, work, exercise, sports, travel, or daily activities when extra support and stability are desired.
If you are using a brace after an injury, surgery, or for a diagnosed condition, follow the guidance of your healthcare professional.
Can I run or exercise while wearing a knee brace?
Many NEENCA products are designed for active movement, including walking, running, gym training, basketball, hiking, and other sports. Choose the model and size that match your activity level and preferred support feel.
Stop use if the brace causes discomfort, unusual pressure, numbness, or irritation.
Can I sleep while wearing a knee brace?
We do not recommend wearing a compression brace while sleeping unless instructed by a healthcare professional. Compression products are generally intended for active use, daily movement, or short rest periods while awake.
If you need overnight support because of an injury or medical condition, please ask your healthcare provider which type of brace is appropriate.
Is it normal to see pressure marks after removing the brace?
Temporary light pressure marks can happen with compression products and usually fade shortly after removal. However, persistent deep marks, numbness, tingling, rash, or discomfort may indicate that the brace is too tight or not the right fit.
If irritation continues, stop using the product and contact us or a healthcare professional.
Can I wear a knee brace over pants?
For the most secure fit, most knee sleeves and compression braces should be worn directly against the skin or over very thin clothing. Wearing a brace over thick pants may reduce grip, compression, and stability.

How should I wash my NEENCA brace?
Hand washing is recommended to protect elasticity and support components. Wash with cold or lukewarm water and mild detergent, then air dry naturally.

How long does a knee brace usually last?
Lifespan depends on usage frequency, activity level, care, and washing habits. With proper care, many braces can last several months or longer.
If the brace starts slipping, loses elasticity, no longer feels supportive, or shows visible wear, it may be time to replace it.

How long does order processing take?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. NEENCA offers free standard shipping on orders over US$60, except for selected clearance items or special promotions.
When will I receive my order?
Estimated delivery time depends on your destination, product availability, carrier service, and customs processing. Delivery time includes order processing time plus shipping time.

How can I track my order?
After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order on our Track Your Order page or through 17TRACK.
Why hasn’t my tracking updated?
Tracking updates may take time after a package is handed to the carrier. Updates can also be delayed during weekends, holidays, customs processing, or carrier transfers.
If your tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us with your order number and tracking number.
What should I do if tracking says delivered but I can’t find my package?
Please first check your mailbox, front door, building reception area, household members, neighbors, and local carrier. If the package still cannot be located, contact us with your order number and tracking number so we can assist with the carrier investigation.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, in the same condition received, and returned with original packaging where applicable.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Email service@neenca.com with your order number, product name, reason for return or exchange, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
Who pays return shipping?
If the issue is caused by our error, such as an incorrect item or a confirmed product issue, NEENCA will be responsible for the related return or replacement shipping costs.
For change-of-mind returns, wrong size selection, or unwanted items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How long does a refund take?
After we receive and inspect your return, please allow 2–5 business days for processing. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
PayPal refunds are usually completed within 48 hours after approval. Credit card refunds usually take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it will follow our standard return process after delivery.
