HX054 is built for people who want more structure than a basic compression sleeve but don't want the bulk of a hinged knee brace.
A contoured gel ring sits around the kneecap, while four flexible metal spring stabilizers run along the sides of the knee. Together, they create a firmer, more structured feel while still allowing the knee to bend naturally.
Two adjustable straps let you control the fit above and below the knee instead of relying on fixed compression alone.
The open-patella and open-back design also reduces material through the center and behind the knee, making HX054 easier to wear during walking, training, sitting and everyday movement.

Patella Gel Cushioning
A contoured gel ring surrounds the open kneecap area and adds a cushioned contact surface around the patella. It gives HX054 a more padded feel than a basic open-patella wrap without restricting the center of the kneecap.
Four Flexible Side Stabilizers
HX054 uses four integrated metal spring stabilizers — two on each side of the knee. They add lateral structure while remaining flexible enough to move with the knee during walking, bending and training. Unlike rigid hinges, these spring stabilizers are intended to flex with movement.
Upper & Lower Strap Adjustment
One strap sits above the knee and one below it. Adjust them independently to find a secure fit that works with your leg shape and preferred level of compression. This also makes HX054 easier to fine-tune than a fixed-size pull-on sleeve.
Open Patella & Open Back
The open front keeps the center of the kneecap uncovered, while the rear opening reduces the amount of material directly behind the knee.
